Registration CertificateA set of reagents for quantitative determination of D-dimers (Redimer Test) according to TU 21.20.23-071-05595541-2020
Intended for quantitative determination of the concentration of cross-linked fibrin degradation products (XL-PDF) - D-dimers in human blood plasma by the turbidimetric analysis method.
Supports the diagnosis of blood clotting disorders and monitoring of hemostasis. Elevated levels of D-dimers indicate reactive fibrinolysis and suggest the possibility of deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism (PE), disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC), and other serious blood clotting disorders. The method can be used to determine D-dimers in patients of any gender and age.
Principle of the Method:
The method for determining D-dimers is based on their interaction with monoclonal antibodies against D-dimers, conjugated with latex particles. When latex particles coated with antibodies interact with the sample of the examined blood plasma, agglutination of latex particles coated with antibodies occurs, leading to a change in optical density, which is proportional to the concentration of D-dimers in the sample being examined.
